In addition, she has published the book “Qi – A Window to T’ai Chi, Qi Gong, and Meditation”. All of her inspiration and guidance is derived from the Tao.
Her guidance has a clear message:
“Meditative Arts are a way of life.”
“Let us become able to see ourselves from outside and inside without emotions, without prejudice, and without passing judgments on who we think we are and what life we had and for whom and with whom. Let us come to the realization how much of this is really us and how much is just a shadow, a mere image of self and others. Let our souls not be disturbed by the truth. Let our minds not be detained in any way. Let’s keep our choices open and be whom we are.”
