All of our individual, couple, and small group instruction, guidance, and healing (in person or via Zoom) is by appointment only.

Cancellation/No Show Policy
24 hrs Cancellation Notice will be required for any unexcused missed sessions, without which there will be a full session charge with the exception of a true emergency.
T’ai Chi Sword/Fan Instruction
Fans and wooden swords are available for studio use.
Attire
Comfortable clothing and footwear is recommended.
Minimum Age
10 – teens/adults/seniors (younger children by permission only).
Fees
Fees vary by offering. Group instruction can be as little as $25 per hour, while individual sessions can be as much as $75. We offer discounts to those who choose multiple offerings and to students and seniors. Workshop fees vary widely by location, content, attendance, etc. Please call.
