The Center for Meditative and Healing Arts is dedicated to improving and maintaining physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health and well-being, and promoting personal growth.

Tension and stress and our mindset affect us physically and emotionally and produce toxins in our bodies. Without proper physical and emotional release, these accumulated toxins affect our internal organs and our physiology, causing blockages in our energy flow and thus creating aches and pains, contributing to if not causing various illnesses. The techniques and modalities that we use have been shown in the current literature to be helpful specifically in reference to Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, fibromyalgia, chronic pain, anxiety, PTSD, insomnia, blood pressure & heart rate control, enhancing self-esteem & will-power, muscle tension, emotional stress, depression, and anger management. Our guidance is geared towards recovery, acquiring appropriate tools, and maintaining a positive, successful, and satisfactory way of being and/or further expanding one’s current meditative practices, or embarking upon one’s journey.
Under the current circumstances we offer our sessions either in person or via Zoom or other electronic formats.
The Sunglow Studio is a large, well ventilated, temperature controlled studio for inside use, where masks will be required with 14 feet of possible social distancing. We also conduct sessions outside on our premises, weather permitting, again with social distancing of 14 feet or more.
